The Library of the Royal University of Law and Economics is open to students from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. In order to ensure a good service, please follow the instructions below
Article 1: Staff, lecturers and students of the Royal University of Law and Economics who wish to use or borrow books from the library should inquire with the librarian.

Article 3: The library card is photographed and valid for one year. Do not give this card to others to use.
Article 4: Library card holders can borrow books for the following purposes:
Article 5: Borrowers using books outside the library must be kept as healthy as possible. In case of damage or loss, the borrower has to repay at least twice the value of the book or buy a new one.
Article 6: Law books, dictionaries, and certain types of books are not allowed outdoors.
Article 7: The librarian has the right to search you out into the library. Fraudsters who break library books must be punished by the University under Article 8 of this order, without taking any further offense.
Article 8: Borrowers who fail to pay off the loan as stated in this section are liable to pay a penalty in accordance with the library's regulations. In case of non-compliance with library rules, the library administrator has the right to suspend the lending of books from semester to year.
Article 9: Books and magazines are removed from the closet or after reading. Students do not store their books in their own closet. The University expects the responsibility of all professors and students to use the library as a common property.
Article 10: Students have to take care of their valuable assets, and any loss of library is not responsible.
